We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join the busy Mental Heath and Trauma Platform supporting services across the North of England.

Role Details

1 x 22hrs Administration Assistant

 

The role will predominately be based in Leyland (PR25 2YJ) however there may be a requirement to provide administration support to other sites across the platform area at times.

You will be responsible for ensuring the administrative support is provided in an efficient and effective manner. The successful candidates must demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, numeracy and literacy skills and an ability to work proficiently with Microsoft office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook. 

The collation and management of statistical information is an essential part of the role, as is the ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with statistical reports
  • Working with confidential information in a professional manner
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Providing administrative support to a variety of stakeholders including the Senior Platform Administrator, the Senior Leadership Team and Service Managers
  • Ensuring confidentiality requirements are managed appropriately

Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative. This is a busy role which will require you to have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and solution focused.
